Pudsey could have made an effort on Britains got talent. The girl was all dressed up and the set looked great in it's Mission Impossible theme. Yet Pudsey, the supposed star of the show just turned up as himself. he didn't even wear a Tom Cruise style headset. Rubbish! I have decided I'm going to borrow a Mutt at some point this week and show Simon Cowel how it should have been done. Watch this space.

Tomorrow I'll tell you why the naughty step in our house is used by my son to misbehave even more.

MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM Donuts.

If you see a Mix 96 Street Star this week, make sure you honk as they may well be loaded up with Jammy donuts from Greggs the bakers.  Tomorrow morning they will be around Watermead from 8a.m.

Also tomorrow I am talking about ridiculous diets. I am going to have to go on one, but I’m hoping to hear of a good fun one. On Saturday I had 3 burgers. 2 for lunch, one for dinner… It wasn’t my finest hour, but I still loved it! Now my arteries have recovered I’m thinking I seriously need to take a look at my diet. I need your help, can dieting be fun? What has worked for you? Gaz xx

May the fourth be with you. I’m a radio presenter, I’m allowed to quote the world’s oldest jokes.

Next week is going to be jamilishous. Anyone we hear about stuck in a traffic jam is going to be given some jam! It’ll be in the form of a jammy doughnut to celebrate national doughnut week.  The lovely people at Greggs bakery have helped us out, so look out for the Mix 96 Street Stars next week to win.
