The very popular Pantoween, will be back again, with “It’s behind you” gags and “Oh no it isn’t” jokes, and this year we are thrilled to announce that the Pantoween will feature a very special guest appearance from a certain green Monster with blue and yellow spots (of the Mix96 variety).
For the fearless amongst you there is an opportunity to get up close and personal with a variety of spiders, bats and snakes, with a traveling reptile roadshow from Impeyan Productions.
If dancing is your thing, come and join the Spotlight Musical Theater group, who will be teaching and performing the classic Michael Jackson, Thriller routine.
There will also be Halloween themed crafts to create and take home, games and activities to take part in, along with an amazing face painter to inspire your creations for the witching hour. All for free.

Most communities have their own traditions, peculiarities and dialect. Many of these originated in early history and through to the modern day. Much has been preserved in pictorial, written and even oral histories. Ian’s talk gives examples of such traditions (often humorous) and puts them into the context of village and town life.
Prior to retirement Ian Waller was a professional genealogist with over 30 years experience in English research. He was until recently Chairman of AGRA (The Association of Genealogists and Researchers in Archives) the body which represents professional genealogists throughout England and Wales.
