The Cabinet Member for Resources in Aylesbury Vale Neil Blake told Mix96 it's to stop any more delays and make sure it happens. Tonight AVDC's Cabinet will consider taking over the scheme and becoming the developers.
Because of the recession plans for 35 new town centre shops in Aylesbury including a Debenhams are still on hold.
