Dave Stanford

Dave is an educated man - he has a degree you know! He says: "3 years hard work for a 2:1 degree, and what do I do for a living - play records; but I wouldn't do anything else."


With a background in delivering newspapers, then shelf stacking at the Co-Op; Dave has over 10 years experience in radio, although from listening to him you may think it was only 10 days!


His claim to fame, is when he had Maureen from Driving School in his car: "that woman could talk the hind legs off a donkey. All I did was take her home when I worked in Cardiff, but in the 5 minutes she was in my car I heard her life story." Dave loves his old skool music and is a fan of anything 80's. Current favourite sounds include Keane, Coldplay and Franz Ferdinand.
