Community Challenge

Some amazing work has been done for The Community Challenge this year and we've done something a bit unusual!

Mix96 and Vale of Aylesbury Housing asked you to nominate good causes that could do with some help with a project.

But the nominations were so good, two good causes were helped, watch the video below to see what work was done at the Oasis centre and at the Spinal Injuries Unit.

The Community Challenge

The Mix96 Community Challenge has been running for six years now.

Alongside our friends at Vale of Aylesbury Housing Trust we have transformed a lot of local spaces:

  • Last year we created a new garden for the Puzzle Centre, making it more accessible for children with autism and communication difficulties.
  • We completely transformed the 1st Eaton Bray and Edlesborough Scout Group's hut.
  • Stocklake Park school have had their outside space and their sensory room totally revamped.
  • Rainbow Totz and the Gap Youth Group got an entire new kitchen.
  • Pebble Brook School got an urban farm.
