Outdoor Events Friendly, fun outdoor exercise (Vale Park, Aylesbury)
Bored of the gym or of running on your own? We all know that feeling. It can be hard to motivate yourself to exercise! So have you ever considered an outdoor fitness class?! ?

No? Well you should! What could be better than exercising with a bunch of like-minded people in the fresh air whilst having a really good laugh? It doesn't matter what your shape, size, age (we've got people who are 60 who join us!) or fitness level, you'll always feel welcome in our sociable, friendly atmosphere and there is always something for everyone.

Our philosophy is to get you fit in a fun, healthy and sociable way and we mean that. We don't focus on one particular element like weight loss, we encourage and promote whole lifestyle changes.

Our instructors ALWAYS make it fun and you never know what's coming next. Sessions can even incorporate weights, tractor tyres, ropes, boxing gloves, slam balls or music: you can't get bored!

Head to the website www.rjfitness.co.uk/pricing and book a date and time for your FREE taster session.
