Green Gym at Lindengate
AVDC have partnered up with Lindengate to run some ladies only green gym sessions for women to get out in the fresh air and be more physically active.

The sessions are for any women to attend if they have mild to moderate mental health needs, need to start being physically active or just need to meet new people to improve their physical as well as mental health.

The sessions will run at Lindengate and participants will spend the first few weeks trying out different activities before they decide which project to concentrate on.

Activities such as planting, construction, arts & crafts and lots more are available.

Every Wednesday from 5 April to 13 September 17

£10 per session.

The incredible paralympic athlete portraits in our Spirit of Legends exhibition are inspiring us, so let imagination run wild to create a mini-superhero hand puppet! Using a wide variety of crafty materials, felts, gems, colour pens and more. Not forgetting a magical cape so that he or she can fly!

World Health Day
Aylesbury Library is supporting World Health Day with an event aimed at helping those with physical and mental wellbeing concerns. We'll have a range of local groups, including 'MEND', 'Live Well, Stay Well', 'Men in Sheds', and 'Healthy Minds' ready to give advice, information or have an informal chat with you. We'll have colouring-in for adults and teens to de-stress and there will be refreshments available.
