Outdoor Events THE THORNTON 10K & 5K & Paws for a Cure Canicross 5K (running with your dog!)
This brand new event for Buckinghamshire takes place around the beautiful grounds of Thornton College. The 10k will be two laps with the 5K and 5K Canicross runners completing a single loop. All profits raised from the event will be donated to Medical Detection Dogs.

Art and Craft Workshop: ‘Spring Journal’ with Heather Hunter

Murder Mystery Dining Train at Chinnor & Princes Risborough Railway

Murder, Mystery and Suspense - solve the clues on a three-courses evening dining train! The scene is set at Chinnor station, then armed with your clues you can interrogate the suspects whilst enjoying your meal on-board our steam and diesel hauled train. The evening concludes back at the station where the murderer is revealed. The Police don't have a clue, do you? Your evening starts at 18.15 and finishes at approx. 22.30 to 22.45. There is a suggested minimum age of 10 years and a smart dress code. Advance booking only as the numbers are limited, so we recommend that you do book early to avoid disappointment please. Outdoor Events Lindengate Spring Fair
On Saturday 6th May, Lindengate opens up its lovely therapeutic garden for you to explore and enjoy. Developed from the old allotments that used to occupy this space, Lindengate is a haven for wildlife and wellbeing. This is a chance to enjoy a fun afternoon in delightful surroundings and find out more about the work we do with people with mental health needs, for conservation, and how gardening can improve your health.
Schools, youth groups and families -join in our scarecrow competition!

As well as our lovely gardens there will be:
• homemade cakes and a hot dog barbecue
• cast your vote in the best scarecrow competition
• arts and crafts stalls
• conservation stands
• kids activities

Screening of 'The Bucket List' to raise funds for MND Association
Refreshments available and in addition there will be a raffle to raise funds for the South Bucks Branch of the MND Association in order to help local people living with the disease and to fund research that leads to new understanding and treatments that bring us closer to discovering a cure.
