Midnight Walk 2017
Florence Nightingale Hospice Charity brings its spectacular Midnight Walk back for the 8th consecutive year! Ladies can choose from either a 6 mile or 13 mile circular walk starting at midnight on Saturday 24 June at Aylesbury College, Oxford Road, Aylesbury. Walkers can arrive at any time from 10pm to register, with the official start being at 12pm.

Registration is £18 and includes a souvenir Midnight Walk T-shirt, breakfast at the finish, water and snacks at the Pitstops along the way and a fabulous medal.

All sponsorship raised contributes a huge amount to the work of Florence Nightingale Hospice, but there is no minimum requirement.

The Summer Pearl Ball
Scannappeal is delighted to present its 30th Anniversary Summer Pearl Ball on Saturday 24th June, which will be held at the beautiful Crowne Plaza, Gerrards Cross.

The evening will include a sparkling drinks reception and delicious three-course dinner with well-known TV personality Robert Lindsay in attendance. There will be a live charity auction with some amazing unique prizes including a fantastic lot from Celebrity Chef Tom Kerridge. The night will also include a fun casino and dancing well into the evening with the UK’s leading party covers band, The Choice who have played for HRH Princess Anne and at Elton John’s Christmas Ball.

We are a very well run club where your child is the main priority
We run 2 training sessions on a Saturday morning.
Cubs 2-5yr olds at Aylesbury College from 9-10am
U8s 6-8yr olds at Fairford Leys Pitches from 10:15-12

My name is Marc Kenny and I'm a FA qualified Level 2 coach.
I also am DBS checked,Emergency First Aid,safeguarding and am the clubs Welfare Officer.
All our coaches are DBS checked and passes and have safeguarding and first aid trained.
We are always looking for eager children to join our set up regardless of ability.
We as coaches will always make sure that your child enjoys and learns skills and techniques on there journey at Hale Leys Utd.
We also make sure that they learn about respect,FairPlay and above all Team work.
So come along with your child for a Free first session and we will welcome you and all your family into our great club.

What is Aylesbury parkrun?
It is a 5km run - it's not a race, it's you against the clock.

When is it?
Every Saturday at 9:00am.

Where is it?
The event takes place in the fields opposite the Quarrendon & Meadowcroft Community Centre, Aylesbury, HP19 9HH. See Course page on our site for more details.

What does it cost to join in?
Nothing - it's free! but please register at www.parkrun.org.uk/register before your first run. Only ever register with parkrun once. Don't forget to bring a printed copy of your barcode. If you forget it, you won't get a time.

How fast do I have to be?
We all run for our own enjoyment. Please come along and join in whatever your pace, have fun, make friends & help keep fit.

Aylesbury Cyclist Touring Club (CTC) invite you to an Easy Pace circular cycle ride starting at Weston Turville Shops with a coffee stop at College Lakes café, Bulbourne. Rides are normally around 30 miles or so.

12 beautiful, varied gardens in this lovely village, with its duck ponds, large conservation area and Wichert walls. The gardens are from large to small, and cottage to ultra-modern in style and four are new to us this year. Plant sales, allotment guided walks and refreshments and teas are offered. Outdoor Events Wilstone Open Gardens and Village
Enjoy strolling around our lovely village and meeting many friendly and enthusiastic village folk, their gardens and allotments. There will be teas, homemade cakes and music, as well as craft stalls and local attractions around the village. Our church and community village shop will be open for refreshments.
Proceeds to Wilstone Church, Parkinson's Society and the Allotment Well Fund.
£4.00 adults, accompanied under 16s free
Wilstone is off the B489 and close to Wilstone Reservoir and Meads Farm Shop.

People living in Aylesbury will have the chance to enjoy free waterside sporting activities, as part of a fun day organised by the charity the Canal & River Trust, on Sunday 25 June.

The event, taking place at the Oakfield Road Park and along the Aylesbury Arm of the Grand Union Canal, will give people of all ages the opportunity to try canoeing and angling, improve their cycling skills and join a 2km fun run.

The Canal & River Trust is working in partnership with Sport England, the players of the People’s Postcode Lottery, Aylesbury Vale District Council and Leap to arrange the day. The aim is to encourage more people to get involved with sport whilst enjoying a day out along their local canal.

The event is free and activities run from 10am-4pm. Anyone attending is encouraged to wear waterproofs and suitable footwear and all children must be accompanied by an adult. Age restrictions apply to some of the activities. Refreshments are available, as well as a BBQ
