Dads guide to the summer

It's a long summer off school and sometimes children can get a little bored!

So our very own Nathan Cooper has been out and about to find some good ideas to keep your kids occupied.

We've got some free activities, some ideas to entertain them at home and some local attractions to go to.

Enjoy two to three hours outdoors in the trees taking on Zip Wires, Tarzan Swings, Rope Ladders and a variety of obstacles and crossings.

Placed high up in the Chilterns, our leafy hideout at Wendover Woods is both a spectacular and idyllic opportunity for a fun day out for the family.

Tree Tots is specifically designed for pre-school children and their parents or carers. Activities will vary according to the weather and the season.  As much of the session as possible will be outside playing in Howe Park Wood. We will always go out for at least some of the session, but we may end up back at the Education Centre on occasions where a variety of activities will be offered. These will range from stories, exploring natural treasure baskets, or making things with bits and bobs we have collected on our toddle in the woods.
