We are seeking a skilled HR and Volunteering professional to support the management of our staff of 45 people and c.500 volunteers, to help us meet our growth targets to support more people in the local area.

This is a Senior Management Team position within the organisation reporting to the CEO. You will have a strong track record in HR and managing volunteers, combining the strategic and operational with skills to inspire the FNHC team and volunteers.

Florence Nightingale Hospice Charity (FNHC) is an income-generating organisation which funds the provision of palliative and end of life care provided by Florence Nightingale Hospice, both in their building at Stoke Mandeville Hospital and in the community in Buckinghamshire and parts of Bedfordshire and Oxfordshire. 

Salary:
Between £32,000 and £40,000 Per Annum
Up to £32,000 (£40,000 FTE)
