Part-time administrative support to a busy installation department within a forward-looking, driven business

Administrator for a busy project department, base role responsibilities include:

Maintain shared department email inbox and answer queries via email  

Raise, receive and amend purchase orders for products, transportation, and subcontractors  

Process compliance documentation and raise warranty tasks through an internal system  

Contact customers in advance of installations to track progress    

General:  

Use of multiple internal systems

Communication internally and externally via email and phone  

Balancing a varied set of tasks    

Skills required:  

Attention to detail

Ability to prioritize effectively  

Good communication via both email and phone  

The drive to do a good job in a demanding environment

Salary:
£10,000 Per Annum
3.5 hrs per day (flexible)
