Client Relations Coordinator will be contacting and visiting our existing clients, carrying out spot checks and proactively dealing with any issues that may arise. Working with our Manager and support team. The role will be a mix of office and mobile work.

A new position has become available for a Client Relations Coordinator  to join the team of a growing commercial cleaning company based in Aylesbury.
Essential skills and attributes required to fulfil this role :
FULL ,clean driving licence.
Willingness to travel around the Buckinghamshire area
Cleaning experience – preferably in the commercial sector, Ideally minimum of 2 yrs.
Flexible approach to your working hours – Primary hours will be Mon – Friday 9am – 5pm. There will be some requirements to visit sites outside of these hours which could be early morning, evenings or weekend.
Presentable and polite with good communication skills. This is a customer facing role, as such you will be dealing with our clients and our staff.
Common sense approach for dealing with day to day tasks.
Quick learner.
Good eye for detail.
Initiative.
Ability to work both alone and as part of a team.
Reliable.
Preferred skills and attributes :
Supervisory / team leadership experience – most of our teams are 2-5 cleaners per site
