  Paint Line Team Leader  


The successful candidate will be a well rounded and experienced Paint Shop Leader with proven responsibility for a busy Paint Line.

He will need to lead a team of paint sprayers and powder coaters on a daily basis, and ensure that the department runs smoothly.

He must be a good leader and motivator, be well organised with excellent communication skills.

He must have good quality control understanding and standards.



In this position the Paint Line Team Leader is expected to be flexible and undertake any duties within his capability and training, as and when required.

Required to meet daily targets/deadlines and be the link between the department and suppliers/customers

Daily completion of process control board with achievements/issues and set metrics

Provide guidance to team members, ensuring increased productivity and a leader of constant improvement

Assign work to team members and monitor task accomplishment

Resolve resource-related issues that arise so that individual and team productivity are not affected

Focus activities on processing work orders, determining their priority to ensure efficiencies of the team.

Promote Kaizan to support lean manufacturing




Fully experienced with past supervisory record within the coating industry

Be conversant with Powder coating, completed to a high standard

Must be fully conversant with all paint shop activities (pre treatment, spraying equipment & powder coating)

Must be a strong leader in this role

Experience of lean methods and an interest in constant improvement are a distinct advantage

Title of vacancy  :  Nursery Tea-time Cook / Kitchen Assistant
Hours of Work:   11am - 5pm  Monday to Friday
Salary: exceeds minimum wage

A lovely opportunity to be involved in childcare from a catering perspective. We are looking for someone to join our friendly team helping to provide a healthy tea time for our young children. 
Qualifications: None needed but Level 2 in Food Safety or equivalent is desirable
Experience:None needed as full training will be given to the successful applicant. Knowledge of basic food hygiene, basic cleaning and record keeping and knowledge about dietary requirements is desirable though.
Responsibilities: Helping to serve the main dinner to the nursery children ranging between 3 months and 5 years. Clearing away from main dinner. Preparing snack and tea for up to 52 children per day, taking into account dietary requirements. Closing down the kitchen at the end of the day. 
Successful applicants will need to undergo an enhanced CRB disclosure and the expense of this will be met by the employer.
