Man In Hospital After High Wycombe Stabbing

Thames Valley Police is appealing for information after a GBH with intent in High Wycombe.

At around12.15am today (19/12) police were called to an incident at the junction of Abercromby Avenue and Lindsay Avenue. The victim, a man in his 50s, appears to have sustained a single stab wound to his abdomen. He was taken to hospital but his injuries are not thought to be life threatening.

Police are appealing for anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area around this time or witnessed the incident.

Det Con Addison from Force CID High Wycombe, said: “I am appealing for anyone who may have any information about this incident to make contact with the police. We believe this is an isolated incident.”
