Car hits bridge, causing delays on Chiltern Railways

UPDATE 12.55: Line has now cleared following earlier poblems.

This morning:

There are major delays on trains in Buckinghamshire today, after a car hit a railway bridge.

It happened in Chalfont, but is of course disrupting services on the Aylesbury via Amersham line.

Trains could be delayed by up to 30 minutes or cancelled, according to National Rail.

They say these problems could continue until 2.30pm.
