Man charged over 91-year-old cyclist's death

After a 91-year-old cyclist was killed near Aylesbury, a man has been charged.

Ray Dare was hit on the Aston Clinton bypass last July.

Alan Mills, who is 46 and from from Austins Mead in Bovingdon, has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving.

He's due to appear at High Wycombe Magistrates Court on 4th May.

Ray was one of the country's oldest time-trial cyclists and was out trying to set a record.

Comments on his club's Facebook page included 'a real legend and incredible inspiration' and that what has happened was 'just so unfair'.
