An Aylesbury Vale children's charity now has a brand new space, thanks to the Mix96 Community Challenge.

The Puzzle Centre's grounds have been transformed over the last six months and today we're revealing the results, including new play equipment.

Staff told us it is all very emotional:

"We are just so overwhelmed with what you have all done.

"I think people must think we are bonkers, the number of times we have said 'thank you' and it seems a small word, but I can't thank you enough for all you have done.

"It is just amazing."

This is our fifth Community Challenge, working with the Vale of Aylesbury Housing Trust.

They supply £2,000 worth of labour for each scheme.

Alex is one dad whose son Elliot makes use of the Puzzle Centre.

He told us the new look has already been helping his little boy, who is autistic:

"The fact that there are different discreet places, for example, I think helps.

"There is obviously cover from the elements, which in this country is helpful, and it gives the kids a bit of space if they need time away from others."

MD of Mix96, Max Hailey says he loves the Community Challenge:

"As a local radio station, it's great to be able to make a difference for a worthy, local cause.

"We know there are people out there who need help and we're happy to be able to make sure they've got what they need"
