Bucks prison absconder linked to burglary

A man on the run from a Buckinghamshire prison is now wanted in connection with a burglary.

James Delahoyde, aged 41, was last seen at HMP Springhill at 8.15pm on Friday 21 April 2017.

He is a prisoner following a conviction for drugs offences.

Delahoyde is white, slim, about 6ft, with receding dark brown hair and brown eyes.

He is now wanted in connection with a burglary in Beeches Road, Farnham Common, on 9 August this year.

A number of items were stolen, including cash.

Designated Investigator, Penelope Jeffreys of the Investigation Hub based at Aylesbury police station, said:

“We are making a new appeal to find James Delahoyde, who absconded from HMP Springhill and is now wanted in connection with a burglary in Farnham Common.

“If anyone has any information as to Delahoyde’s whereabouts or information about the burglary please contact please as soon as possible.

“The easiest way to do this is by visiting or calling 101 quoting reference number 43170115566. In an emergency please call 999.

“We would ask that you do not approach Delahoyde, instead contact police as soon as possible.

“Delahoyde has links to Maidenhead and Slough, specifically the Britwell Estate.

“If you don’t want to speak to police directly you can always call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
