UPDATE A41 has reopened after fire

After a fire in Waddesdon this afternoon (4th Dec), the A41 has now reopened.

Police say the area is still very busy though:


A fire has closed the A41 this afternoon.

It's happened at the Waddesdon Hill crossroads.

The blaze is close to the road and police have shut the route between Berryfields and Waddesdon in both directions.

Motorists are asked to avoid the area if you can.

The incident has affected public transport in the area:

Police aren't yet sure when it will reopen.
