Man pleads guilty to racially abusing police officers in Aylesbury

A man has pleaded guilty to racially abusing police officers in Aylesbury.

36-year-old Stefan Greco, from Griffin Place, was in court after an incident on Sunday night.

Officers were called out, following a report of a male carrying out a burglary.

The suspect was quickly apprehended close to the scene and  arrested for burglary along with a number of other offences including racially aggravated offences and assault on police.

Items from the burglary have been recovered.

Greco pleaded guilty to:

  • Burglary non-dwelling
  • Resist arrest & Public Order Offence
  • Racially abusing two police officers
  • Criminal damage to a police cell

He has been released on bail and will be sentenced next May, after a hearing at High Wycombe Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
