Plans for 800 new homes in Stoke Mandeville

800 new homes, a primary school and community facilities are all proposed for Stoke Mandeville.

Under the Vale of Aylesbury Local Plan, land off Lower Road is going to be developed.

The company behind it, Land Developments, wants to build up to 800 houses both sides of the road.

Along with the school and other facilities, land has been saved for the link road.

But, you can give the developers your feedback, they're putting the plans on show at the Methodist Church Hall today and tomorrow:

  • Friday 11th January 2019 from 2.00pm to 8.00pm
  • Saturday 12th January 2019 from 10.00am to 2.00pm
