Improvements being made to Aylesbury's train station

Aylesbury Train Station - Chiltern Railways

Improvements will be made at Aylesbury's train station over the next few weeks.

Chiltern Railways are making some changes to a number of their stations. 

Improvements include:

  • new open plan booking office
  • newly redecorated booking hall
  • new heating system
  • extra seating and better lighting
  • additional ticket machine.

Chiltern Railways has told us:

"Customers at several stations along the Chiltern Railways line will notice a number of changes taking place over the next few weeks.

"Work to improve station facilities on our route is currently underway at Warwick Parkway, Gerrard’s Cross, Aylesbury and Leamington Spa.

"Aylesbury station improvements include a new open plan booking office, newly redecorated booking hall with a new heating system and additional seating, improved lighting throughout the station and additional ticket vending machine."

The work is due to be completed at the end of March.
