Former High Wycombe police officer charged with misconduct

A former High Wycombe police officer has been charged with misconduct after an allegation of sexual activity while on duty.

Former PC Mark Martin, aged 36, was charged via postal requisition on Friday (15/2) with one count of being the holder of a public office who wilfully neglected to perform duty/wilfully misconducted himself.

The charge is in connection with an incident on 8th November last year, following an allegation of sexual activity while on duty in High Wycombe.

Martin is due to appear at Reading Magistrates’ Court on 28 February.
