Boy throws rocks at 11-year-old and robs him in Aylesbury

A boy pushed an 11-year-old to the ground, threw rocks at him and then robbed a pair of headphones in Aylesbury.

The victim was attacked on Taylor Road at around 3 on Friday afternoon (1st March).

What happened?

  • The 11-year-old boy, was walking with his friend and agreed to borrow some Apple Airpod headphones from him
  • Shortly after they had exchanged the headphones, they noticed that they were being followed by another boy
  • They went into the garden of a family member’s house, but the other boy followed them in
  • The offender then grabbed the victim by his wrist and then threw him to the gravel drive before pinning him to the ground and throwing rocks from the drive at him.
  • He then bent back the victim’s fingers, forcing him to drop the headphones before running away from the scene.

The victim sustained bruising but did not require hospital treatment.

The offender is a white boy with short brown hair and brown eyes.

He was wearing a school uniform.

Investigating officer, PC Francine Hunt, based at Aylesbury police station, said:

“I would like to speak to anyone who witnessed this incident, or who has any information which they think could help our investigation.
