Two dogs have reportedly killed a muntjac in an Aylesbury park, allegedly watched by their owner.

A post on Facebook by a witness now has over 300 shares of the incident on Thursday (7th March).

It happened in Alfred Rose Park on Dunsham Lane.

The RSPCA are appealing for witnesses

A witness has said the muntjac was killed by the dog.

A spokesperson from the RSPCA has told Mix96:

"This was a worrying incident which must have been very distressing for people to witness.

"If people are walking their dogs in an area where there could be deer or other wildlife, it's particularly important to ensure that their pet is kept on a lead.

"If anyone has any information about this incident they should contact the RSPCA emergency line on 0300 1234 999."
