UPDATED: Two girls missing from Buckingham found

Two teenage who had gone missing from Buckingham have been found.

In an update on Facebook overnight, we've been told the girls are back home.

Earlier

Summer Jones, aged 14, and Kelsey Cooney, aged 15, were last seen at Buckingham Skate Park at around 1pm on Saturday (30th March).

Descriptions

  • Summer: white, around 6ft tall, her hair is past shoulder length and slightly red, wearing ripped denim jeans, black trainers, large black handbag
  • Kelsey: white, around 5ft 1 ins tall, mousey blonde hair which she wears either straight or in a bun, thought to be wearing a turquoise hoody and blue jeans.

They are known to frequent the Aylesbury area and it’s believed they are together.

Investigating officer Inspector Matthew Wilkinson based at Aylesbury police station, said:

“We are appealing for the public’s help in tracing Summer and Kelsey.

“We would ask anyone who has information as to where they might be or has seen them to please come forward.

We also appeal directly to Summer and Kelsey, if you see this post they please get in touch as we just want to check you are okay.”
