It was the last ever Aylesbury derby with the clubs in their current forms yesterday.

Aylesbury FC took on Aylesbury United at Haywood Way on Easter Monday afternoon.

The Moles beat their rivals 3-1.

Come the new season, Aylesbury FC will be the Aylesbury Vale Dynamos.

They will also be playing in a different league to United next season.

When the two sides next meet, the Ducks might be back in Aylesbury if they manage to return to their old ground.

The match

AFC manager Paul Bonham made a number of changes after the defeat on Saturday.

Ken Feyi replaced Elliot Amadieu at left back, Ben Stevens returned at centre back to partner Craig Carby.

Harry Scott replaced Brian Haule who dropped to the bench.

United took the lead in the first half with a Jack Wood header from a corner.

Harry Scott equalised on the stroke of half time with a perfect lob over the United keeper.

Two goals in the second half from substitute Ken Feyi sealed the three points and the bragging rights for the red side of Aylesbury.
