Disruption to Aylesbury trains this weekend

There is disruption on Aylesbury trains this weekend due to engineering works and HS2 preparation work.

Chiltern Railways will be running a heavily-amended timetable both today (11th May) and tomorrow (12th May), with most journeys being affected.

Services that will be operating include:

  • 2 per hour Marylebone - Aylesbury Vale Parkway (via Amersham).
  • 1 per hour Marylebone - Aylesbury (via Amersham).
  • 1 per hour Marylebone - Bicester North - Banbury - stations to Birmingham Moor Street (diverted via Aylesbury).
  • 1 per hour High Wycombe - stations to Birmingham Moor Street.
  • 2 per hour High Wycombe - stations to Oxford.

Rail Replacement bus services will operate as follows (in both directions):

  • 2 per hour Aylesbury Vale Parkway - Bicester Village.
  • 2 per hour High Wycombe - Amersham.
  • 1 per hour Princes Risborough - stations to Aylesbury.
