Fighting off mental health issues is the aim behind a new club starting up today in Aylesbury.

Mental Wealth Boxing has been months in the planning for Steve Sandford.

It is going to give young people a place to process issues through fitness.

Steve told us his kids inspired him:

"Around the teenage years is when things start to change for a lot of people.

"With my own children, they have been in kind of a depressive state and being about to channel it through the training is just such a positive change we can make to young people's lives."

Steve added that they want to get as many people from as many walks of life into the gym to make this change.

Today's event officially opens the new club.

It's free, happening between 11am & 1pm at Sandman Boxing, Unit 1c Chamberlain Road, Aylesbury.
