Partial closure order for Aylesbury property

Partial closure order for Aylesbury property

Published by Charlotte Fisher at 3:47pm 25th June 2019.

After alleged drug use and anti-social behaviour a partial closure order has been granted on an Aylesbury property.

The three month order was granted today (25th June) by Milton Keynes Magistrates on a house in Monmouth Close.

It's following a number of anti-social behaviour reports and information that drug use was taking place from the property.

What does the order mean?

The terms of the order mean that anyone other than specified persons cannot enter the property.

Anyone not specifically named on the order who enters the house will commit a criminal offence and they will be arrested.

Investigating Officer PC Kingham said:

“This order sends a very clear message that we will not tolerate behaviour which impacts on the quality of life of others.

“I advise members of the public experiencing similar issues to report instances of anti-social behaviour by calling 101.”
