Two Risborough men compete at British Transplant Games

Two men from Princes Risborough competed in the British Transplant Games at the weekend.

It's a major sporting event for people who have come through illness and have had a life-saving transplant and took place in Newport, Wales.

Trevor Lynch and Sean Walsh participated and won six medals between them.

Trevor had a bone marrow transplant and competed with Transplant Team Ireland, he won silver in the 5k, 1500 metres and 800 metres races.

While Sean, who had a kidney transplant competed with the Oxford Hospitals team and won gold in the football, silver in table tennis and broze in the 100 metres.
