You can help reduce plastic in Aylesbury with a new award winning campaign.

A new app called 'Refill' is making it easier for you access water refilling stations on the high street.

With the average person in the UK using 150 plastic water bottles every year you're being encourage to buy a reusable bottle and help prevent plastic pollution.

Shops are being asked to join the refill revolution by helping to provide more refilling stations.

Michael Fryer is running the campaign locally and told us how shops can get involved:

"If they have a tap all they need to do is get the tap on the app. It doesn't cost them anything to join and put the details on and its also a bit of free advertising for them.

"The more refill stations we get across Aylesbury and across the UK the more accessible water is going to be for everybody."
