Aylesbury MP given knighthood

Aylesbury's MP is going to become a Sir.

David Lidington is being given a knighthood by Theresa May for his political service.

He is part of a list of those honoured by the former Prime Minister.

Mr. Lidington will be given the title of Knight Commander, Order of the Bath.

Mrs May also used her farewell honours list to recognise many of her aides and ex-England cricket captain Andrew Strauss.
