Running in memory of Bucks teen

A huge team of school nurses are running 5km today to remember a teen from Buckinghamshire who suddenly died three months ago.

Caitlin Corr passed away in her sleep because of epilepsy and her mum's colleagues wanted to do something in her memory.

Amanda came in to talk to us about her daughter:

"Caitlin was just gregarious, she was just full of life, she was fun.

"She just had designer gear, completely, lashes and nails and fake tan.

"That was our Caitlin and that is our memory and our legacy of her."

The 18-year-old was studying at college and working at Bicester Village.

Amanda told us she just got on with life.

When Caitlin passed away, her mum's school nurse colleagues in Oxfordshire wanted to help.

So today's ParkRun for Young Epilepsy is their way of doing that.

Her twin sister Ann-Marie told us:

"If she was here now, she just wouldn't believe the amount of fundraising that has happened.

"It is just incredible. I can't even put into words how amazing it is, so just thank you to all who've donated."
