Santa is without wheels in Aylesbury this Christmas

The Santa float that tours around Aylesbury during Christmas is without wheels this year and needs your help!

Every year the Rotary Club of Aylesbury Hundreds Santa float visits the children of Aylesbury at their homes in the town and Santa with his helpers is getting ready to start his journey in December.

He is out every night except at the weekends from December 5th to December the 23rd.

But, Santa currently has a problem!

The usual towing vehicle has been written off and an urgent loan of a vehicle for this period is required.

The Rotary Club are appealing for a garage or anyone out there who could spare a vehicle with a tow bar for these journeys.

They say they have a very competent driver who knows the routes and it will be well looked after.

If you can help, please contact Rotarian Charles Chaney on 01296 640975 or email: cchaney142@gmail.com.

Update:

Santa now has his wheels back!!

The Rotary Club has found a suitable towing vehicle and want to thank everyone that's offered to help.
