The team are wearing a bespoke kit which will be on sale after the match with all the money going to the charity.

Luca's mum Jo said:

"When Luca had his accident they were called and fought so valiantly to save Luca. I can't thank them enough for what they did that day for Luca, its such a good charity and the help they provide for people in the worst times is just amazing"

Jo also told us they found comfort in the fact that Luca saved so many lives by donating his organs:

"A year down the line it still amazes me that at 14 he was able to make the decision to want to be an organ donor. Yes Luca isn't here but to know he has changed peoples lives with regards to the gift that he gave is comfort to me in a way that only someone who has been in that position will understand."

The gates open to the tribute match at 12pm at the stadium on Haywood Way with kick off at 3pm.

The club would love to see you there with family & friends to celebrate the Dynamos Number 1 Forever - Luca.
