Several visitors have brought festive cheer to the hospitals in Buckinghamshire.

Hospitals thank Bucks for support this Christmas

Festive cheer has been brought to hospitals in Buckinghamshire.

Bucks Healthcare NHS Trust has been fortunate to have visits from a variety of clubs and charities that have brought gifts and donations for patients.

The support from the community means staff can help make life a little more comfortable and enjoyable for the patients who visit during the Christmas holidays.


Croxley Rebels Scooter Club (above) visited Stoke Mandeville Hospital with selection boxes for the children and also made a generous donation which will be used to enhance care given to burns children.

Over 20 festively decorated campervans from Wolfsburg Bus Crew came to visit Stoke Mandeville children's ward. Bringing lots of wonderful gifts for the children and donating £1,300 to the ward.

Staff at Buckinghamshire New University (main pic) have spread some festive cheer by donating toys to the children's ward at Wycombe Hospital.

Starlight panto visit

Starlight kindly organised for a pantomime to visit the children's ward at Stoke Mandeville Hospital. They performed an adapted version of Aladdin.

Lloyds Pharmacy in Jansell Square used a donation from a patient to buy a load of chocolates for the Children's Ward at SMH.
