Two arrested over shop break-ins in Aylesbury

After two shops were broken into in Aylesbury, two men have been arrested.

Florence Nightingale Hospice's shop on Walton Court was broken into on Sunday, while another shop on Fairford Leys was targeted on the same day.

Now two men have been detained over these incidents.

  • Jason Lambert, aged 45, of Oxyard, Aylesbury, was charged with two counts of burglary other than dwelling with intent to steal. 
  • John Fitzgerald, aged 31, of Grove Way, Waddesdon, was charged with one count of burglary other than dwelling with intent to steal and one count of burglary other than dwelling.

The pair are due to appear at Aylesbury Crown Court on 2nd March.
