Police reopen central Aylesbury road

Police have been on the scene of a serious incident in Aylesbury today.

UPDATE 15:30:

We've had reports that Station Way and Friatscroft Way are now open.

We've had calls to the Mix 96 jam line and say drivers can now access the road although Thames Valley Police have not confirmed the road has reopened.

Police are dealing with an incident in central Aylesbury this lunchtime (Weds).

It's a 'fear for welfare' incident and it means Station Way and Friarscroft Way have been shut.

Police said they have been dealing with a fear for welfare incident.

They have asked the public to avoid the area for now.

Station Way and Friarscroft Way are closed as of 12.05pm.
