Valentine's cards helping mental health

Mental Health Collective are bringing people across the country together.

#GreatBritishValentine is a UK wide campaign where people are assigned a person to send a card to, and receive one in return.

The idea is to make a handmade card with a message of support or positivity.

It's like secret santa, but for uplifting messages.

Dr Amy Pollard from MHC is behind the campaign:

"When people feel like they're falling apart they so often feel like they're alone.

"It's just about making a small simple gesture about human connection. reaching out to someone else and knowing there are other people out there routing for you even if they are people you may not know."

Today (4/2) is the last day to sign up, after that people will be assigned a random person to make a card for.
