Homes without power & trees down after Storm Ciara in Bucks

Trees fell across Buckinghamshire yesterday because of Storm Ciara and we still have some leftover damage this morning.

Burcott Lane in Bierton has been closed because of a fallen tree and several homes are without power.

Thames Valley Police reported several incidents yesterday and they thanked the public for help given to officers.

Transport for Bucks were kept busy clearing roads of debris as well.

Meanwhile, UK Power Networks have reported that 484 homes in Bucks have been without power this morning, because of the storm.

It appears the sign for the old The Bell pub in Bierton was blown over in the wind yesterday.
