Aylesbury locals asked for feedback on potential development

A potential development in Aylesbury is asking locals for feedback.

A proposed housing is planned at Oxford House in Aylesbury and MCR Property Group are asking for locals their views.

The plot off Fowler road could be turned into a community of 68 homes- including 34 3 bed houses and 34 4 bed houses.

Along with 135 car parking spaces, with an additional 12 visitor spaces.

MCR have held two pre-application meetings with Aylesbury Vale District Council, but have decided to seek local opinion before making a formal application.

The leaflet that has been posted says that they want to redevelop the land previously used as a car park into a high quality landscaped area.

They want local people to tell them what they would want to see should it be built, and whether they are opposed or in favour and why they feel that way.

Today is the last day for feedback to the group, and can be given by filling out their survey.
