Aylesbury police charge man after alleged meat theft

A man has been charged after an alleged shoplifting offence of meat in Aylesbury. 

Lee Davis, 31, of no fixed address appeared at High Wycombe Magistrates Court today. 

He was charged with a shoplifting offence at Morrisons, where he stole £120 worth of steaks.

Its following an attempted dwelling burglary in Aylesbury where a male tried to enter a house on Haydon Road on Friday 21st February via the front door. 

Davis was arrested and charged with both offences on Monday 24th February.
