'Please stay at home' say those looking after Chilterns AONB

A group helping to look after the Chilterns have asked us not to go and use the hills for our daily exercise.

The Chilterns AONB group say it's impossible for everyone to keep a safe distance.

In a statement on their website, the organisation said:

"Please STAY AT HOME.

"The sooner we all do this the sooner we can enjoy our green spaces again."

Lots of people flocking to beauty spots and beaches last weekend appears to be one of the reasons the Prime Minister imposed the 'lockdown' on Monday night.

We are allowed one outing a day for exercise, but National Trust properties and parks have been closed off due to huge numbers and all children's play areas have been closed.
