COVID-19 cases hit 300 in Bucks

The number of coronavirus cases in Buckinghamshire is increasing according to the latest figures.

Official numbers from the government show that there have now been 300 recorded cases of COVID-19 here in Bucks

The statistics are for Buckinghamshire, but don't include Milton Keynes.

It's an increase of 32 since yesterday: Over 260 cases of coronavirus confirmed in Bucks.

The news comes as the statistics for coronavirus passes 50,000; there have now been 51,608 cases across the UK.

Another 439 people across the UK have died after contracting coronavirus - taking the total to 5,373.

England saw a further 403 deaths, there were another 27 in Wales, seven in Northern Ireland, and two in Scotland.
