Latest figures for coronavirus cases in Bucks

Official figures show that 13 more cases of coronavirus have been recorded in Buckinghamshire.

Public Health England figures show that 342 people had been confirmed as testing positive for Covid-19 by 9am this morning (08/04) in Buckinghamshire, up from 329 the same time on Tuesday.

It means cases have increased by 4% over the last 24 hours in the county.

Cumulative case counts include patients who are currently unwell, have recovered and those that have died.

Across the UK, 60,733 people had tested positive for coronavirus as of 9am today (08/04), up from 55,242 people at the same point on Tuesday, Department of Health and Social Care figures show.

As of 5pm on Tuesday, 7,097 people had died in the UK, which is a rise of 938 from Monday at the same time.
