Woman treated after kitchen fire in Aylesbury

A kitchen fire has left a flat damaged and a woman needing oxygen in Aylesbury.

It happened on Croft Road, off Walton Street, on Sunday afternoon (19/4).

The woman needed treatment after the kitchen was 10 per cent damaged by fire and 50 per cent damaged by smoke and there was light smoke-logging to the rest of the flat.

She was left with paramedics.

Bucks Fire & rescue sent two appliances and crews from Aylesbury.

Firefighters used one hose reel, two sets of breathing apparatus and a fan
