Aylesbury gym owners 'looking lovely in lycra' for charity work out

An Aylesbury gym has arranged a live stream in aid of NHS Charities.

Pegasus Academy of Fitness and Martial Arts, Aylesbury will be live streaming from 6pm, in lycra.

Steven and brandon Cook want to do their bit to support the NHS in their fight against COVID-19.

Inspired by Mr Motivator the pair will be "looking lovely in lycra" tonight as they lead people in a livestream workout.

Steven Cook, Co-owner said

"In these unprecedented times, we wanted to do our bit to support the incredible work of the NHS. We're also on a personal mission in spite of the unfortunate gym closure to keep our members fit, healthy & more importantly positive via our bi weekly live streams and a suite of workouts via our brand new app."

The pair have been sharing home workouts throughout the lockdown to make sure Aylesbury's resident are keeping fit.

The duo have challenged gym members, and non-members, to get kitted out in lycra and join in what they hope will be a fun workout.

People are being asked to donate through the justgiving page the pair have set up to help them reach their £1000 target.
