Coronavirus in Bucks: Bucks Trust deaths rises

Deaths in Buckinghamshire Trust hospitals has risen by 1. 

For the first time in a week the number of deaths of people with Covid-19, or where its mentioned on the death certificate, at Bucks NHS Trust Hospitals has risen.

One further person has died, which brings the total published by NHS England to 124.

Figures released earlier in the week shows that deaths overall in the area stands at 374, which includes those that occur in care homes and in the community. 

Deaths in hospitals is put at 208, however this could include non Trust sites.

Figures show Buckinghamshire now has 1,047 positive cases, which is up 1 from yesterday.

Aylesbury Vale is the only area to report a rise and continues to have the most cases at 436 up 1 on yesterdays total.

All three other areas totals have stayed the same though, with South Bucks having 149 positive test results.

Wycombe's total is 258 and Chiltern is at 204. Neither of these areas saw a rise on yesterdays total.

The figure of confirmed cases includes those who have recovered from the illness.

Numbers are for Buckinghamshire, excluding Milton Keynes.
