Aylesbury police have busy few days tackling drug dealing

It has been a busy few days for police trying to stop drug dealing in Aylesbury.

At least three people have been arrested in connection with dealing in the town, including Class A drugs on Southcourt.

A closure order has also been issued for a property because of anti-social behaviour connected with drug use and dealing.

Class A drug dealing in Aylesbury

On Monday and Tuesday, a mixture of Aylesbury neighbourhood officers and Operation Stronghold arrested three people on suspicion of supplying class A drugs in the Southcourt area of Aylesbury.

A large amount of drugs and cash were recovered.

This was backed up by a closure order on a property due to anti social behaviour allegedly caused by drug use and dealing.

Cannabis found

Meanwhile, two males were stopped by Armed Response Officers, ably assisted by Stronghold, the local response team’s 4 & 5 and the Neighbourhood Problem Solving Team in Aylesbury.

The pictures jar of cannabis was allegedly found on their person.

One person is also still in custody for possession with intent to supply drugs.
